The kitchen has plenty of storage space, a dishwasher, a water filter pitcher, ice & espresso/coffee machine. Access the unit via the garage or front door with a keyless/code.

What's brand new: hardwood floors, both bathroom floors, new stand-in shower in master bath, new shower fixtures in both bathrooms, new toilets, place has been repainted, epoxy flooring in garage, new dishwasher, new washer dryer, new ceiling fans. While the unit does not have central A/C, we provide a portable unit that cools the space wonderfully.

The unit comes with 1 reserved parking spot next to the unit plus plenty of guest spots inside the complex and off of Saxony. Access the balcony that has a table, chairs, and grill from either the master bedroom or living room.     "The neighborhood is a mix of retired people and new families. It’s not as communal as other cities I’ve lived in with many people driving in and out of the community and then staying inside or in their backyard. The gates parks prohibit kids meeting there unless they belong to an association. It’s odd to see a gated park that children cannot play on , meet new kids that live across the street, etc. I’m used to larger cities where there are more public places to gather, meet your neighbors, and create a stronger community."

Package theft does happen and people don’t clean up after their pets well. The rent is also really high around here. "
