Ideal for someone who enjoys a peaceful garden setting. Opportunity will be available to help maintain established landscaping through periodic watering and basic plant care.
Also includes full kitchen/bath, pool, outdoor shower, cabana, bbq, vegetable garden. One dedicated parking space. Long-term lease preferred. All utilities/waste disposal/internet costs, included in rental agreement.
Owners reside in France part of the year and reduced rent will be available when owners are gone in exchange for light property oversight, including watering established landscaping several times per week and notifying owners of any issues while they are abroad. Property is available for tour after August 31.

    "The neighborhood is a mix of retired people and new families. It’s not as communal as other cities I’ve lived in with many people driving in and out of the community and then staying inside or in their backyard. The gates parks prohibit kids meeting there unless they belong to an association. It’s odd to see a gated park that children cannot play on , meet new kids that live across the street, etc. I’m used to larger cities where there are more public places to gather, meet your neighbors, and create a stronger community."

    "Great area and great schools. Some great parks and close to the beach. Great for being outside but the hills and lack of sidewalks in areas makes it less walkable than other areas. Package theft does happen and people don’t clean up after their pets well. The rent is also really high around here. "
