About this House

Wake up to panoramic ocean views and spectacular sunsets over iconic Moonlight Beach from the patio, living room, and primary bedroom. This updated 2 bed, 2 bath ground-floor condo features upgraded kitchen, newer luxury vinyl plank flooring, fresh paint, in-unit laundry, and covered parking. Walk to downtown Encinitas, shopping, restaurants, and the beach, with quick access to I-5. Experience the best of the Encinitas coastal lifestyle. One of the best features of this home is the west-facing ocean and sunset views overlooking Moonlight Beach. The private patio is the perfect place to enjoy an evening glass of wine while taking in the sunsets, and those same views can also be enjoyed from the living room and primary bedroom—a rare feature in this price range. This ground-floor, single-level condo offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, approximately 940 sq. ft., and no interior or exterior stairs to access the unit. The kitchen was tastefully remodeled approximately 15 years ago with granite countertops, quality cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a built-in wine rack. Luxury vinyl plank flooring was installed approximately one year ago, and the interior was also repainted within the last year, making the home move-in ready. Additional features include in-unit laundry, one covered parking space, and a highly desirable location within minutes of downtown Encinitas. Buyers will appreciate being within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, and everyday conveniences, while Moonlight Beach is just minutes away. Interstate 5 is approximately two minutes away, providing easy access throughout San Diego County. This is an excellent opportunity for buyers looking for a primary residence, second home, or investment property that combines ocean views, an exceptional location, and the relaxed Encinitas beach lifestyle without the premium price typically associated with coastal properties.

  • Erica Lerro
"The neighborhood is a mix of retired people and new families. It’s not as communal as other cities I’ve lived in with many people driving in and out of the community and then staying inside or in their backyard. The gates parks prohibit kids meeting there unless they belong to an association. It’s odd to see a gated park that children cannot play on , meet new kids that live across the street, etc. I’m used to larger cities where there are more public places to gather, meet your neighbors, and create a stronger community."
  • Tadie
"It's the best neighborhood I've lived to raise active, well-adjustef, wholesome kids. Schools all have a ton of activities and kids ride bikes everehere. "
  • Steven Biebel
"Encinitas Christmas parade, art walk, street fair, 4th of July parade and the moonlight beach is very welcoming. "
  • Tadie
"It’s the best place ever to raise a family. Kids can walk to elementary, middle and high school school. "
  • Captaing
"Leucadia Oaks Park is a meeting place for Neighbors. There is a skate park there the beaches only a short walk away."
  • Trulia User
"Great area and great schools. Some great parks and close to the beach. Great for being outside but the hills and lack of sidewalks in areas makes it less walkable than other areas. Package theft does happen and people don’t clean up after their pets well. The rent is also really high around here. "
  • Trulia User
"safe place fun and easy access great temperature and friendly and very clean great restaurant and plenty of parking if needed "
  • Trulia User
"Cardiff is a great place to live for everyone. Great restaurants and seaside market is amazing. The beaches are great too. "
  • Trulia User
"A lot of owners out here. Definetly a hot spot for pets. Not sure about pet parks however. Only see well maintained pets."
  • Trulia User
"I lived here for 7 years, very safe , people are super friendly, very family oriented, but since we have trailer in the back of our house we sometimes see dog poop in our front yard. "
  • Trulia User
