The home can sleep up to 7 people. The layout works well for families, remote workers, or guests who need both private bedrooms and a dedicated workspace.

Enjoy a quiet residential setting with a fenced backyard, large back deck, high-speed Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, EV charger, and complimentary parking for up to 3 vehicles in the gravel driveway. The living room includes a 55-inch Samsung Smart TV with Apple TV, and the primary suite includes a Roku TV. The home also includes utilities with a monthly allowance, lawn care, and essential furnishings for a comfortable extended stay.

Conveniently located near Duke University, RDU Airport, RTP, major hospitals, shopping, dining, parks, and local attractions. Nearby favorites include William B. Umstead State Park, Frankie's Fun Park, downtown Durham, Durham Bulls Athletic Park, DPAC, and Raleigh-area museums and attractions.

Pets may be considered with approval. No smoking, vaping, drugs, parties, or events are allowed. This home is designed to be a clean, stable, comfortable "Haven of Rest" for guests who need more than a short visit.

Furnished home available for mid-term or longer stays. Standard lease duration is 30 days or longer, with lease length to be agreed upon before move-in. Longer lease terms may be available depending on property availability and tenant needs.

Rent includes a utility allowance of up to $300 per month for all utilities. Any utility charges above that allowance may be billed to the tenant.

Maximum occupancy is 7 people, including tenants, overnight guests, and visitors. Extra guests or visitors must be approved in advance and are $10 per person, per day, charged for the full stay.

No smoking, vaping, drugs, parties, or events are allowed anywhere on the property.

Pets must be approved in advance. If approved, pet rent is $300 per month, per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets. Cats are considered upon request. Pets must be 20 lbs or less, vaccinated, flea and tick treated, friendly, and approved before move-in. Exceptions must be discussed and approved by the landlord.

Complimentary parking is included for up to 3 vehicles in the gravel driveway. Tenants are responsible for keeping the home clean, following house rules, and promptly reporting maintenance needs.

    "Brier creek area, really quiet and safe. Durham has some very great area to live. Best thing is that you are at the center of everything so it doesn't take long to get anywhere. Rush Hour traffic will add to your cummute going and coming to with because it's NC and no one knows how to merge."

    "It is a well established community that is weathering the storm that afflicts a city in sudden sporadic growth We will weather this storm and any other . This place is called Home to many whom have lived here through Three or more generations and many newcomers who chose to make this place their new home. I wish I could find an appropriate rental here. I am on the edge in a house I have afforded to live in for twenty-nine yrs. The house was recently sold and I find that I may be under the bridge at age 79 due to so-called gentrification . Durham is known for undermining it's citizens in the name of progress. It's a backhanded way of doing things but it will come out alright because the so-called little people come together when they realize what is happening."
