Two queen bedrooms + dedicated office with a full murphy pull out bed for guests, fireplace, covered parking, and landlord-provided internet/basic cable - ideal for professionals or (1+ month stays).

Kitchen and laundry:
Large kitchen with new gas range, stainless refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Fully stocked with utensils, dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, blender, and more. Large laundry room with washer and dryer. Parking and included services (snow removal): Driveway parking plus covered parking. Landlord provides snow plowing, trash service, internet, and basic cable. Utilities: $200/month credit toward gas, electric, and water (renter pays overage).

Rent: $2,800 per month (1-month minimum)

Deposit: $1,500 Includes a $350 non-refundable cleaning fee)
Due at move-in: first month + deposit

Maximum 4 tenants. Because of the irrigation water on the property children under the age of 12 years of age are discouraged. Water on the property is subject to local access to water. Drought years may mean pond is not full.
