Any costs associated with damages beyond normal wear and tear, excessive cleaning, missing items, unpaid utility balances, or other lease violations may be deducted from the security deposit. If repair costs exceed the security deposit amount, the tenant may be responsible for the remaining balance.

For everything else, you need a vehicle, but you only need to drive up to 15 minutes to get to the place you need. An Omniride can take you, at peak times, to the Pentagon Metro Station in 40 minutes."
