Room Description

Located in a very nice and safe neighborhood. Looking for a tenant from Sept 15. Its a 1 bedroom apartment style unit in the basement level of my town home. The unit has a bedroom, bathroom,living room, remodeled full kitchen with all brand new appliances, brand new smart washer/dryer, and a back porch. The bedroom has a armoire/closet, bathroom. The only thing shared in the house is the main entrance upstairs. Ideally looking for a single person (NO COUPLES, PETS) who has a steady income, clean, responsible, respectful, low key, no drama, and no partying. You'll be sharing the house with me the owner, and my mom who lives upstairs. Proof of income, and background check required prior to move in .Rent is $1650/month which includes wifi and all utilities. $850 security check required as well prior to move in.
