4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageEagleton is a wonderful Elementary school! In our experience the staff has gone above our expectations to support our children. Our children are excited about school, have made wonderful friends and continue to grow academically. The staff is kind, well educated and passionate about the school and students. Whenever visiting my husband and I feel welcomed, students appear to be well managed, respected, on task and excited about learning. The communication between staff and families is excellent. We would definitely recommend visiting Eagleton Elementary for yourself!Parent Review2y ago6 Reviews - North High School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy family has several generations who have attended North High School and now both my children are attending. The staff and teachers are very involved in helping students to succeed in their classes by outreaching parents, giving tutoring times through the week and in school social emotional support. The staff make every effort to support every educational need for each student, including special education considerations. There is opportunity for students to take college level courses, earn college credit and get an associate degree while in high school. I am proud that both my children are attending North and I would encourage if you have questions attend an open house or just schedule a time to meet with principal or assistant principal for more information.Parent Review2y ago11 Reviews - Lake Middle School

"It’s very welcoming community, is the city, so you’re going to find that trash bins in your alleyway sometimes, however, the sense of family in the community is strong. Parents play with their kids in the park, people will gather for outdoor activities, jog, play with their dogs. For me, it’s a perfect blend. Just outside the mischief, but close enough when you need it."

"It’s not been gentrified. Just common folk live around here. It’s very close to downtown Denver and I can get on the light rail just a few blocks away."

"It’s surprisingly quiet and very family friendly. It’s also close to the biking/walking trail Lakewood Gulch and Paco Sanchez Park that has some very pretty views of the city. "

"We have lived here for over 5 years now and could not be happier with our decision. With the opening of the West Rail Line and updates to 6th and Federal Blvd we've watched our home value as well as nearby values increase drastically. Great place to fix and flip an older home or buy an already flipped home. Good time to get in now. I have a feeling it will become the new Highlands in due time."

"Don't live here unless you want dogs running around loose, trash everywhere, and kids playing in the street irresponsibly - lived here for 1 year and couldn't be happier to move out ASAP. The neighbors think revving up their engines loudly and racing down the street is ok also...!?"
