Fully remodeled luxury home with 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, 4 air mattresses, 3.5 baths, and 2 living rooms w/ enough sleeping for 12.

Renter agrees to the following terms:

1. Nature of Stay
This reservation is a temporary, short-term lodging arrangement for insurance displacement, corporate housing, or relocation purposes only. It does not create a landlord-tenant relationship, tenancy, or right of residency.

2. Maximum Length of Stay
Maximum stay under this agreement is 60 consecutive nights. Any extension must be requested in writing and approved by Host.
Extensions, if approved, may require updated pricing and re-acceptance of this Agreement.

3. Occupancy Limits
Occupancy is limited to the number of guests listed in the agreement. No additional occupants, subletting, or assignment is permitted.

4. Cleaning & Inspections
Mid-stay professional cleaning is required every 14 days and will be scheduled by Host. Cleaning fee is paid by Guest unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Host or Host's representative may conduct a brief inspection during cleaning to ensure proper care of the home.

5. Utilities & Internet
Utilities and internet are available for normal residential use. Internet will be paid for by Host, while Utilities will be the Renter's responsibility (Renter will pay for Utilities: electricity, gas & water).

6. Mail & Packages
Mail delivery and address registration are not permitted. Packages may be delivered only for the duration of the stay and must be forwarded or removed upon checkout.

7. Maintenance & Access
Guest agrees to promptly report any maintenance issues. Host may access the property for repairs, inspections, or emergencies with reasonable notice, except in emergencies.

8. House Rules & Conduct
All standard House Rules apply throughout the stay. Quiet hours must be respected. No parties, events, or commercial use of the property. Violation of House Rules may result in immediate termination without refund.

9. Early Termination
Early departure does not guarantee a refund unless required by lease Agreement or agreed to in writing. Insurance or corporate guests are encouraged to confirm coverage terms with their provider.

10. Acknowledgment
By booking or continuing an Extended Stay, Guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Lease Agreement.
