Beautiful apartment. Privet entrance with porch, plenty of parking. Newer tankless heat/hot water (gas). This is an owner occupied house! I am looking for the right tenants, No drugs, not looking for partiers just nice, quiet, clean and employed people. You must fill out the Zillow application to proceed.

Tenant responsible for electric/gas. No people moving in not on the lease! No smoking on property just common sense stuff. No pets at all! First and security, proof of income. 3 times the rent required. All the usual stuff back round check , credit report

I just moved to the area and did so because I heard such high praise for this school and the surrounding area. I am impressed with my dealings thus far and love my neighbors. What a Great school and beautiful neighborhood. We are so pleased with the sense of community instilled here!

"I think this neighborhood has declined since the closing of the local oak haven elementary school. People walk away from their homes lots of foreclosures in this neighborhood bringing down property values yet taxes still increase"
