The first floor boasts a spacious open-plan living room, modern kitchen, and dining area, ideal for family gatherings. It's become an overcrowded and overpriced sea of subdivisions ruled by the standard nazi organizations (HOA's). Then there are the expensive apartment complexes adding to the mix of shoving more people into the area."
