You will have exclusive access to the lower floor. While there is no kitchen sink, we've provided a full-sized refrigerator and microwave for your convenience. THERE IS NOT FULL KITCHEN, just a kitchenette. THERE IS NO KITCHEN SINK OR RANGE.

There are wine glasses, coffee mugs, Brita water pitcher and disposable kitchenware. Feel free to use these appliances to store and prepare snacks and light meals during your stay.

Welcome to our cozy coastal retreat in Carmel, California! Nestled just moments away from the pristine shores of Carmel Beach and the charming town center, our charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

Step inside and discover a thoughtfully appointed space designed for relaxation and rejuvenation. Our inviting living room beckons with plush seating and ample natural light creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere to unwind after a day of exploration.

For the safety and security of our guests, please be advised that this property is equipped with electronic surveillance equipment on the exterior. These measures are in place to maintain a secure environment and ensure the well-being of everyone on the premises.

On property parking available (1 car) as well as street parking.

We have a small, friendly dog named Claire who spends some time outside, so you might cross paths with her, but she doesn't go into your space. There is a dog gate that you enter as you proceed down the private stairs to the unit.

    "Carmel Woods is set high enough above sea level that I can see peeks of the ocean at carmel beach. The trees are hundreds of feet TALL, & pruned to be bare, stripped of mud-length branches—prehistoric in appearance. The neighbors are all isolated and hardly social. I have never gotten beyond small talk in the 3 yrs of living here. Pollen is extremely allergenic, even in me, who is not allergic. Quiet street, to a fault. "
