The Great Room affords seaside entertaining, with a living-room area, reading nook, counter seating for six and a dining table for eight.

The large Gourmet Kitchen is equipped by host-family professional chefs: Theramdor appliances, Blue Star gas range, Riedel crystal, Le Crueset, Henkel's and Sur La Table cookware, natural table linens, artisanal dish ware and glassware. The master suite with king bed with bathroom en suite, has up-close ocean views, and opens to a large deck, hot tub and outdoor shower. A bedroom with a queen bed and twin includes a bathroom with a partial ocean view and a Jacuzzi tub and shower.

From a separate entrance, The Guest Wing features a large family room, plus an upstairs bedroom with ocean view, king bed, and bathroom en suite. A ground-level bedroom includes a queen bed and bathroom en suite.

The large, oceanfront deck a features hot tub on the ocean's edge and an outdoor shower. There's also a stone dining patio shaded by Monterey Pines, perfect for watching the sunset over the surf. Gorgeous coastal landscaping with Cypress trees, rock gardens, native plants and succulents.

The trees are hundreds of feet TALL, & pruned to be bare, stripped of mud-length branches—prehistoric in appearance. The neighbors are all isolated and hardly social. I have never gotten beyond small talk in the 3 yrs of living here. Pollen is extremely allergenic, even in me, who is not allergic. Quiet street, to a fault. "
