We are looking for professional couple or single person who can make the house their home. You must show solid income, employment, very good credit score and must provide at least three references.
We prefer no pets, but we are willing to consider a small pet. Pet fee and deposit will apply if accepted.

The rental rate includes a monthly landscaping cost (gardener). Utilities, cable, etc are the responsibility of the tenant.
