The Village Overlook features a reverse floorplan, with two bedrooms downstairs at street level and the master bedroom upstairs with the living area. The kitchen has recently been remodeled and is an open space that includes the dining and living area(s) - well laid out for group socialization in comfort - and opens up to a balcony with ocean views. Just outside the kitchen, an exterior spiral staircase leads to a rooftop deck with breathtaking panoramic views. The huge master bedroom upstairs has been recently remodeled and includes a king sized bed with fireplace and ensuite bathroom. Downstairs, one bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the other has a pyramid bed: an extra long twin bunk over a queen, and a twin trundle bed.
An enclosed one car garage and driveway parking are available for 3 vehicles, and additional parking is on street, no permit required.
The historic Shadowbrook restaurant is literally steps from this unit. Capitola Village and beach access is an easy walk from this home where you can spend the day picnicking at the beach, rent stand up paddle boards, shop at local boutiques, browse galleries and enjoy a bustling restaurant scene.
Utilities included. There is a cap on PG&E of $250 per month. Anything above $250 per month and the tenant pays the difference. This property is a month-to-month lease. *Not available July-August*
