Laundry facilities include a modern washer and dryer. This hideaway is close to everything walk to shops, stores, the beach, the library, or the spa. Not just a house but a home, offering 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and fully furnished with all the amenities.

Award-winning restaurants within walking distance include Shadowbrook and Gayle's Bakery. Casual dining options like Zelda's, Paradise Grill, Margaritaville, and a host of interesting shops are located at the beach, just minutes away on foot.

Capitola is a quaint, Italian-style beachfront community that attracts visitors from around the world. It is known for its colorful Begonia Festival, Art and Wine Show, and was named one of California's best beach towns by Sunset magazine.
