Beautiful very spacious 4 bed 2 bath home in the desirable Crossgates neighborhood. Home is located close to dining and shopping as well as easy interstate access. Big master bedroom with double vanity and jacuzzi tub. The master has a closet in the bathroom as well as a closet in the bedroom. All rooms are very good size. One bedroom has custom built in cabinets perfect for a home office space. The back porch is screened in and the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day. There is a storage shed out back for extra storage. Home has a ADT alarm system that will be included with the home and paid for by the owner.

Absolutely No Smoking!! Renter is responsible for utilities. Owner will pay for ADT alarm system and Lawn care service. Pets are allowed with approval and a one time pet deposit of 200. Rent is 1900 a month and deposit is 1900. There is a 50.00 application fee but if you rent the property the fee will be returned. 12 month lease but open to discuss options. Owner is also open to leaving some furniture if needed.
