Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (Jack and Jill - master has a pedestal sink, medicine cabinet, commode, and standing shower - guest has a sink with cabinet underneath, medicine cabinet, commode, and tub.)
The community pool is out of commission for the season; management has expressed difficulties with leaks and shut it down. They are conducting feasibility of repairs and there is no timeline for pool reopening.

-$25 per month discount available for rent paid before the first of the month (Must set up bill pay thru your bank to have a check delivered before the first each month.)
+$25 per month pet fee.
Owner pays for water, garbage, yard maintenance, swimming pool*. (Swimming pool is indefinitely closed awaiting repair or replacement estimates; must take bagged garbage to the dumpster located on property).
Tenant pays for electricity, cable/internet, and any other utilities furnished upon the premises.
Grills are not allowed; there are community grills located throughout the development.
