Our home is located on the Eastside of Bend, conveniently located near the hospital, groceries stores, parks and hiking trials. It is close to town also being outside of town where you will find peace and quite. The home is located on a quite cul-de-sac situated on over an acer of property.

The home is fully furnished and fully stocked kitchen with everything you will need. We are open to making it available unfurnished.

We are open to different lease durations.

Open to different lease options. Would prefer month to month or 6 month lease. Fully furnished. If month to month owners will pay all utilities, if 6 month lease tenant will pay utilities. Non smoking. Pets OK upon approval. The home is available starting Aug 15th, start of lease is also negotiable.
