Description
This property is not currently for sale or for rent on Trulia. The description and property data below may have been provided by a third party, the homeowner or public records.
This unique apartment is an end unit with no apartment above it, so it is very quiet. (As is the complex of 12 units with long time tenants.) It is set back off the road amongst mature trees and lawns and we get deer grazing through. There is also an optional three sided carport if you choose.
The apartment is very clean, and has central heating and air conditioning. There is lots of storage space, including kitchen cabinets, a full length closet in the hall and one in the bedroom, and a walk in closet in the other bedroom. The bedrooms and living room are spacious as well. The kitchen has a good sized refrigerator, tile counter tops and a gas stove and oven. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. I apologize for not including photos in this add, I am not "techie" and don't know how. The small complex is centrally located with easy access to shopping and the freeway. There is a laundry room on site and we pay water and garbage. The rent of $1450 is due by the first of each month and the security deposit is $1950. Sorry, there are no pets allowed except certified service animals. If you are interested, **please respond with occupants, incomes, and credit scores.
We don't allow satellite. We pay for water and garbage service, you would be responsible for gas, and electric (and cable if you want it.) There is a small on site laundry room and a 'tenant only' parking lot that is on the property along with 4 spaces for guests. (on street parking is also available but it has never been needed)

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs a parent, I am less than pleased with the college readiness of our pupil that is beginning her Jr year. We are are having to use expensive math & english tutors to have our student just get by with B's and C's respectively.Parent Review4y ago - Atascadero Middle School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageFantastic school community. We love that our son has teacher teams in 6th grade. They are awesome! The academics are quite good and the after school activities are varied and fun. One of the best aspects is the school/home communication -- top notch. I was apprehensive, initially, to send my son here, because lets face it...middle school is a crazy age. But after six months I can honestly say it is great here. Facilities are the best around; the counselor and administration are visible and helpful. Great school.Parent Review4y ago - Monterey Road Elementary School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThere is very minimal direct instruction i.e. old fashioned teaching. The "teaching" consists of kids working independently on math apps and chromebooks. They are shown movies regularly during classtime. Bullying is a very REAL issue and principle Davis is part of the the in-crowd of the town. She will support the other in-crowd parents regardless of whether their child is a bully. If you are not one of the mucky mucks on the in-crowd, you get talked down to and ostracized if your child needs any special attention. Worse, she makes the victim child feel like the problem. The school looks amazing but sadly it is a facade one sees through rather quickly. This year is only half over and numerous families are pulling their kids out and sending them elsewhere.Parent Review2y ago - Check out schools near 7525 Morro Rd #9.

"There are a lot of good walking trails and parks. There aren’t very many dog friendly businesses, but there are plenty of pet supply stores, vets, etc. "

"The shops and such aren’t very dog friendly, but there are several nice parks and walking trails in and around town that make it an ideal spot to have dogs. There’s also at least one pet supply store in town, several vets (including an emergency vet), and dog groomers. "

"Lots of hills, they are beautiful but not ideal for safety when it comes to bike riding. It's great for experienced riders, as long as cars are polite and drive slow. I wish we had sidewalks and bike lanes. Tons of deer, that's the best part!! The deer are very comfortable in this neighborhood, they are a joy to watch. We are in a forest in essence, oak trees, hills and deer for days! "

"Lots of dog families in the neighborhood with responsible and friendly owners. Most people clean up after their dogs. Downside are the increased number of homeless people some with dogs. "

"I've lived in this neighborhood for four years and the neighborhood is very family oriented and rural living is cherished. The neighborhood is nestled between the Salinas river Pine mountain and chalk mountain. There are tons of deer and boat loads of beautiful birds that call the neighborhood home too. Great hiking trails are on either end of the neighborhood and there are tons of fun outdoors things to keep children busy; hiking, biking, collecting turtles and lizards, fishing back yard camping, horseback riding, raising chicks, gardening This is one of the better neighborhoods to raise up well grounded kids."

"It’s rural, but with great neighbors. We have wild life around us and we are on enough land to have our own animals and 4H projects here. The weather is warm but not as warm as it is farther north. "
