One of the worst school… not recommended
Posted by a parent on 10/17/2025My children had bad experiences at AHS and with the Middle School. As a teacher, I know the students deserve so much better, it should be students first. This District is poorly run with so much turnover and the best teachers always leave or get pushed out.

Inside the classroom, things weren't much better. It was noisy and chaotic, and the teacher struggled to keep control. Instead of

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOur daughter started at this school in 2016 and we love it! The teachers and staff are welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. Any time we've had general questions or suggestions they have been very open and receptive. Everyone is kind, approachable, and they truly care about the children. It is nice community to be a part of.The outdoor space is amazing and our daughter feels so free running around and "adventuring." I feel they do a nice job following Montessori principles (which differ from traditional public school methods) and that was a priority for us. She learns so much and truly enjoys being in school.
