A super cute and cozy fully furnished and equipped apartment with it's own entry, it's own balcony and all on it's own floor located in a large log home and only a short walk to Bear Valley Lake. The apartment has everything you need to be comfortable, with separate bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining area and living room. Kitchen has full size fridge, full size stove, microwave and dishwasher with lots of counter space and cabinets. Apartment has a large bedroom with a stackable washer/dryer in the closet with huge closet and mirrored doors. For warmth there is a wood burning stove and a propane gas heater in the living room and an electric baseboard and wall heater in the bedroom to keep it warm and cozy in winter. The unit is set up as a short term stay unit so all you need to bring are your clothes!
Starlink wifi (100mbps works great) and is included in rent.
Tenant pays for their own electricity(separate meter) propane gas(separate meter) and half of water bill/usage. Ski in directly from Bear Valley Ski Resort or ski down to enjoy the Cross Country Skiing area opposite the village. Bring your snowmobile as this is one of the only villages in California which grooms its roads in the winter months, not accessible by vehicle............how much fun is that?! It really is a Winter Wonderland. Come and enjoy all that Bear Valley has to offer in the winter months, and stay for the all the great summer activities including biking, hiking, 4 wheeling, kayaking, SUPing(lol), or just enjoy the incredible Alpine country mountain terrain from the deck.
