Large Master Bedroom BR $1750+$150 utilities single occupancy: ~400 sq ft, vaulted ceiling, private bathroom, windows facing inland/view over backyard, window over side yard, window facing ocean (sounds of owls, and waves at night especially in winter), large (approx 67 sq ft) walk-in closet. Unfurnished, bureau available.

2. Back BR/sunrise views/forest -facing (sunrise light) BR $1285 single occupancy+$115 utilities: 159 sq ft, vaulted ceiling, window overlooking ivy-laden backyard/trees, large mirror-door closet, high ceiling. Includes bureau.

3. Front BR/sunset views/Ocean-facing (sunset light) BR $1335 single occupancy+$115 utilities: 159 sq ft, vaulted ceiling, two windows overlooking street/trees, night sounds of waves and owls, large mirror-door closet, high ceiling. Includes bureau & desk.

+$200/month double occupancy or indoor-only cat

If renting all rooms house, I can offer it at $4400 without utilities(you take over utilities preferred), add $200 for pets, with common areas furnished, one bureau in each room

    "Aptos is nice. Very quiet and peaceful. Very safe. Nice natural grocery stores near by. A couple of nice restaurants. Weather during the rainy season can lead to extended power outages and road closures luckily that is only a few times a year. "

    "I use the Highway which is close to my neighborhood. Outside of that, the county bus system is the only public transit. The commute traffic is bad. Aptos is bikeable around the highway but there are many tight roads and can be hilly. "
