Skylight, new high end carpet, and total of three closets for renter. Remodeled private bathroom with tub/shower. Access to laundry room and kitchen as needed. Some storage if needed can be discussed. High speed internet, streaming cable (Netflix, Prime, and Peacock+), water, PGE, and trash are all included in the rental price.

Prefer quiet considerate roommate, no parties, sleep overs, or group meetings, no smoking, no pets, no drugs. Typical first, last, and deposit. Month to month rental. More photos to come.

This is not intended as a constant entire house share at this price (with utilities), hence the two rooms (one bedroom and one study/TV room) Considerations will be made to a respectful roommate however. In near future plan is to divide back portion of house into a separate one bedroom unit with a new separate kitchen/living area. Whoever is renting will be given priority.

    "Aptos is nice. Very quiet and peaceful. Very safe. Nice natural grocery stores near by. A couple of nice restaurants. Weather during the rainy season can lead to extended power outages and road closures luckily that is only a few times a year. "

    "I use the Highway which is close to my neighborhood. Outside of that, the county bus system is the only public transit. The commute traffic is bad. Aptos is bikeable around the highway but there are many tight roads and can be hilly. "
