You will step inside to an island inspired retreat with original hardwood floors. Relax in this warm, inviting home & enjoy the ocean views from the front windows. A fire in the large fireplace in the evening lets you unwind from your day of fun! It also has a full-sized kitchen for those who like to cook. You can also sit outside on the back deck with your favorite drink & enjoy the beautiful, private backyard. We are offering the Cottage on a monthly basis with a 6 month minimum. The cottage can be offered furnished and with utilities.

The Space:
If cooking is your thing, then you will love this kitchen! It is fully equipped & includes a microwave, built-in refrigerator & double oven. The cottage also includes a compact washer and dryer. It also has built-in speakers and a house stereo system.

Owner pays for garbage, landscape, pest control, and a $40.00 mo water credit. Tenant pays gas, electric.

    "Aptos is nice. Very quiet and peaceful. Very safe. Nice natural grocery stores near by. A couple of nice restaurants. Weather during the rainy season can lead to extended power outages and road closures luckily that is only a few times a year. "

    "I use the Highway which is close to my neighborhood. Outside of that, the county bus system is the only public transit. The commute traffic is bad. Aptos is bikeable around the highway but there are many tight roads and can be hilly. "
