My description of the property is mostly from the former owner Roland Mcintosh, except he stated it was 75 acres, but there are two exceptions in the pictures which belong to the Fouchs and the youngs which make it 50 acres, in total ,if you look on zillow , trulia and land.com under the 9999 knack road Breathitt kentucky 41339 address you will see the old map and the old description, you can also go to the Breathitt County PVA ( PROPERTY VALUATION ADMINISTRATORS) to verify ownership and clear title of the land, I tried to be as transparent as possible because this land is not for everyone, it's a steady incline from 900 feet to 1200 feet into the mountains, breath taking, but not for the faint of heart, it's close enough to the city to shop, but far enough away to be off grid, Where else can you own 50 beautiful acres for $1300 an acre? Must have 4 Wheel drive to access property. There's electricity at the County road need to be extended to 1/4 mile or more to property. One thing I can assure you that God is not making anymore of is land. Be blessed.

Our small community school is much like an extended family. We come together to help , when we see a need, and trust that if we are in need, our school family will be there to help.
