Tenant pays all utilities, lawn care and snow removal. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. All occupants age 18+ must submit an application ($65 application fee per person). Minimum qualifications include income of at least 3x the monthly rent, a credit score of 680 or higher, satisfactory rental history, and successful background screening. No evictions or bankruptcies with in the last 7 years. Applications must be fully completed before processing. Approved applicants must sign the lease within 48 hours. Residents are enrolled in the Tenant Benefit Package for $29/month. A one-time $150 holding fee is due upon application approval. The security deposit is due at lease signing, and the first month's rent must be received at least 5 business days prior to move-in.
