About this House

“Splish, Splash, I was taking a bath (or dip)….bring cash”. Great pool, horse property on a large flat lot that goes street to street for maximum convenience. Front of property has circular driveway and is fully fenced. Beautiful ranch styled home has lots of wood for that country feeling. At the center of the home is a large living room that is adjacent to the kitchen, dining area and 2 of the bedrooms. There is direct access to the garage from the kitchen and the laundry is in the garage. There is an over sized family room and large covered patio. There are skylights and fireplaces. Off the family room is the spacious master bedroom suite (made by combining 2 bedrooms) with huge walk-in closet. There is a hot tub room off the master BR. Just beyond the patio is a cool pool and BBQ area and still further is the large horse arena. Joggers, horse riders and horse drawn carts driven by kids are frequently seen on Stonehurst and in the area. Moms even pick up their kids from elementary school on horse back (see photo). The Tujunga Wash is a 15 minute horse ride away as are many horse trails, some flat and some hilly. This is a great hiking and mountain biking areas too. How can such a beautiful country area be so close to so many financial, employment and entertainment centers like Pasadena, Burbank, Universal Studios, Disney Studios, and downtown Los Angeles. Property is close to the 5, 210, 170 and 118 freeways but you can’t hear them….all you can hear is horses a clompen and water a splashen.
