About this House
AVAILABLE JULY 1: The "No-Utility-Bill" 2BR/2BA Mountain Oasis (Buffalo Ridge Bldg F in Wildernest, Silverthorne)
RENT: $2,695/month (Yes, absolutely everything is included)
LEASE: Flexible (We love stability, so 12 months gets a gold star)
Tired of staring at rental listings that require you to pawn your gear just to move in? Let's try something different!
Hi I'm Cathy, and I'm looking for great tenants to love my 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom bright, sunny condo at Buffalo Ridge starting July 1st.
THE HONEST TRUTH ABOUT THE PLACE:
- THE PERKS: Designated covered parking spot (your windshield will thank you in January), laundry right in the building, and access to 3 clubhouses with indoor pools, hot tubs, and game rooms. It's basically camp for adults.
- THE FURNITURE: It is currently fully furnished with what I will lovingly call "well-loved, broken-in" furniture. If you want it, it's yours! If you have your own stuff and want mine gone, just say the word and I'll clear it out.
- THE LOCATION: Steps from the Lily Pad Lake and Buffalo Mountain trailheads. If you don't feel like driving, the FREE Summit Stage bus stops right here to chauffeur you around the county.
- THE VIEW: Absolutely ridiculous. You back right up to the National Forest. You can gaze at two 14ers from the deck or the living room while drinking your morning coffee.
- THE INSIDE: It's a quiet, classic 906 sq. ft. mountain condo with an open design, beautiful stone fireplace and a dishwasher. It hasn't been featured in Architectural Digest recently, but it's clean, bright, and comfortable.
THE BEST PART? THE PRICE IS ACTUALLY THE PRICE:
You pay $2,695 a month. That's it. I cover the electric, heat, high-speed internet, cable TV, water, sewer, trash, and most importantly snow removal. No surprise $300 heating bills in February.
THE FINE PRINT:
- MOVE-IN COSTS: First month's rent ($2,695) + Security Deposit ($2,695). To make it easier on your wallet, you can split the last month's rent into 3 smaller payments starting in month two.
- THE RENTER'S INSURANCE HACK: You need renter's insurance to protect your gear. Buy a 1-year policy in your name, text me a screenshot of the receipt, and I will deduct the full cost right off your second month's rent. Boom - free insurance!
- RULES: No smoking.
- THE PET SITUATION: We like pets but the HOA bans tenant pets. However, if you have a legally documented Service Animal or ESA (Emotional Support Animal), they are completely welcome here (just bring the paperwork so the HOA doesn't give us heartburn).
If you're ready to secure a stable place before the chaotic fall ski rush hits, let's chat! Cheers, Cathy.
