About this House

Casita at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac residential street consisting of 3 private rooms plus one private full bathroom off of a private hallway with several private entrances. The whole house is 1815 square feet and consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Your casita consists of 3 private rooms and 1 full private bathroom. This casita has one shared wall with the rest of the house but the half of the house I am renting to you has one room that has a microwave on a metal shelf and a mini fridge with a mini freezer so you can prepare some simple meals in your private area of the house for days you would prefer to keep to yourself. You also have access to the main kitchen in the house but it is shared with one other tenant who lives on the other side of the house. The casita has its own separate private entrances and a small fenced private backyard. You can choose to use one of the bedrooms as a living room or office or you can use it as another bedroom. The only thing that is shared is the laundry (washer and dryer) that is located in the garage and you have your own separate entrance into the garage to access the laundry area, the main kitchen in the house, and the large fenced yard where you can sit on the bench under the shade tree and can enjoy the fruit from multiple fruit trees on the property. The main shared kitchen has a large pantry for storing your grocery items and it has many cabinets for storing your pots and pans and other cooking equipment. You also have access to the large new refridgerator and freezer in the main kitchen of the house and you have access to the stove in the main kitchen, but the main kitchen is shared space with another tenant who rents the other casita on the other side of the shared wall. You can park 2 to 3 cars in the long driveway. The tenant in the other casita is an older woman who is very quiet who goes to sleep early at night. She has a small poodle mix dog that you might see only if you are in the main kitchen of the house. Short walk to the 99 Ranch Market, Vons Grocery Store, CVS, restaurants, bus stop, ice cream parlor and high school.
Temple City UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT IN 91007 AREA OF ARCADIA. CENTRAL AIR A/C, Central heating, laminate floors that look like hardwood Floors NO PETS. Landlord pays for most all utilities including electricirlty, water, gas, and trash.

    "Best of the Best! Hands down! Wife grew up here. We both have lived and worked in Arcadia for years. Children graduated from Arcadia High. We value our community it is becoming an expensive location to purchase a family home. It's upsetting to see these huge lots become nothing but ADU investments taking away the fundamental essence of family traditional home living. It's crazy. And if you were to see the bigger picture in the near future, it be no different than apartment living @ a more affordable rate. That's my take from Arcadia. Meanwhile we love it yet the future is uncertain. "

    "Loads of traffic that go through traveling between 10 and 210 freeways. Had a car flip in front of my house and then another car crashed into front lawn next door within the same month this year. Would not recommend for walking but driving can also be a hassle because streets are engineered awkwardly. Lots of streets with merging in weird places. Last, id say meth has gotten to be a problem here with the homeless but unfortunately I imagine that is true in many areas."
