Each bedroom has a balcony, and there is a large deck on the bottom floor; perfect for entertaining or enjoying the beautiful view. The laundry room has gas and electric
hook-ups and is conveniently located on the second floor near bedrooms. 'No maintenance' yard and a small partially fenced side-patio. The 2-car garage has 220 Volt electric, and there is plenty of driveway parking. The road/driveway to the house is steep; please drive up to the home and check out the location before scheduling an appointment.
A good credit report is required. Applicants must have a proportionate income and good verifiable living/rental history. Applicants with eviction history or incomplete applications will not be accepted. Most pets are ok; no aggressive pets. Dogs may require a pet deposit.
