About this House

This wonderful one story Classic American home has an Alaska floor plan, that has a kitchen with beautiful granite counter tops, nice cabinets with crown molding, tile backsplash and stainless steel appliances. An island that opens up to the dining area, and living room with high ceilings. This floor plan also has an area for a formal dining! The location of this home is unbeatable because it has easy access to the I-10 highway, close to shopping malls, west town marketplace and is near transmountain hospital! In front of the home you will also find a large park with a playground, perfect for morning/afternoon walks and exercise.

Renter is responsible for all utilities (gas, electric, water, etc.) Deposit of ($2,400) and first months rent due at time of signing. Pet deposit ($200) due at signing with a fee of $50 a month or a one time ($500) fee to cover pet damages for full year. ($100) initial late fee will be charged if rent is not paid within one week grace period of due date. None smoking home. Driveway and garage parking only do not park on rocked landscape. Tenants must move out or sign a new lease agreement once year is up. When a dispute arises landlord-tenant mediation will be used to asses situation unless legal action is needed. Quarterly (extermination) services will be provided. Minimal housing repairs and maintenance is required by tenant such as changing light bulbs, air filters, weed pulling, tree watering, maintaining home cleanliness etc.

    "The Westside is lively, scenic naturescape, and basically all of it is pretty pet-friendly. It’s rlly seems like it was built just for dogs (and their humans, we guess). Take your dog for a walk at the stunning Moutin view roads or for a drive to one of its many dog parks. Bonus: You'll find more space for much cheaper here than downtown, which means more space for your pup to have fun!"
