"I visit here often and know people in the area. It is a place to live in Dallas being close to the Lake and Dart Downtowm. It also has the best school district in the city. Richardson ISD"

"Our neighbors are our friends, we often see each other out in the front yards or walking pets on the sidewalk in the evenings. We have a neighborhood association with a few gatherings each year (July 4th, Halloween and December Holiday party) and Shoreview Rd. has additional get-togethers and socials. "
