What Locals Say about Richland Park

  • Sgna13
"Great neighborhood, people really came together after the tornado in October. Everyone for the most part is respectful and will help if you ask for it. Mostly pretty safe. Everyone looks out for each others house and stuff on property."
  • Harrisonglenn51
"The neighborhood school has seen better days. Many owners maintain their homes appearance; a few do not. "
  • Audrey M.
"The beauty and serenity when the lawns are well maintained and peace you feel when you see squirrels chasing each other, neighbors peacefully walking their pets, and everyone taking care of business to keep it this way."
  • Gymmie63
"The beauty. It's peaceful even when the kids are outside playing, their energy and laughter makes you laugh. Seeing squirrels playing together, climbing the trees. The well manicured lawns, blooming trees and flowers even in the fall this area is beautiful. I am going to hate it when I have to leave. "
  • "Walk to Ricland College in 2 to 4 minutes or bike in 2 minutes"
  • "Quiet neighborhood, beautifully landscaped smaller (for Texas, that’s it) yards, AND I am absolutely happy with Richardson ISD - they have one of the best Special Ed programs in North Dallas. Close to I-75, I-635 - 15-20 minutes drive to downtown Dallas - yet situated at a wonderful cup-de-sac, far enough to be perfectly quiet. After 4+ years living here, I still love it!"
