The kitchen includes a new refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, disposal, gas stove, microwave, coffeemaker, and oven, as well as all the cookware you'll need to make this a home. The expandable dining room table seats 4-6 people, and the down-filled couch is especially cozy during the winter months as you run the electric fireplace. Outside, enjoy a wrap-around patio and back dining area with a gas grill and outdoor gas fireplace. Includes spacious backyard shed for all your mountain gear and two off-street parking spaces.
Water, sewer, propane, and community HOA fees included; renter pays gas, electric, and Internet. Coin-operated laundry located in the community center.
