    About this House

This development property on Moorman Lane is in a strong location near the Kentucky Transpark and I-65 Exit 28, placing it close to one of the fastest-growing employment areas in South Central Kentucky. The area continues to see major job growth, creating significant demand for additional housing. The property includes approximately 35.5 acres, with most of the land already zoned for residential development and additional acreage available for future expansion. A concept plan has already been approved for 187 zero lot line townhomes, each planned at a minimum of 1,400 square feet. Also attached is an additional conceptual plan that houses 124 residential building lots. Bowling Green and Warren County continue to experience rapid growth, with housing studies projecting a major need for new residential and multifamily units over the next several years. Located within an hour of Nashville and positioned near major employers, Western Kentucky University, and the Corvette Assembly Plant, this property presents an excellent opportunity for residential development in one of Kentucky’s fastest-growing markets. Owner will consider subdividing property.
