COMPLETELY or PARTIALLY FURNISHED POOL HOUSE STUDIO in a small 3 unit complex. Month-to-month rental, minimum 5 months. Maximum ONE person occupancy. Small pet considered.

I won't be showing the property until around September 18 or 19.

This colorful, tropical-themed bungalow is just steps from the pool on a 1/2 acre property. It has an outdoor bamboo-surrounded shower, queen bed, small functional kitchen and a private outdoor patio. The bungalow is approximately 250 sq feet, with vaulted ceiling and two ceiling fans. Out the back door is a private tiled shower surrounded by bamboo and a private patio perfect for listening to the birds and having coffee. The toilet and bath sink area is detached and reached by way of a 20 foot pathway. There unit has ample closets and storage.

The kitchen comes complete with everything you'll need including refrigerator, microwave, two burner hotplate and coffee maker. There are also dishes, glasses and cups, pots and pans, silverware, utensils and dishtowels.

Linens, pillows, blankets and other linens will be provided at no charge if requested.

The Pool House is only suitable for 1 person.

Located on a rural hilltop yet just minutes to Highway 78, grocery stores, Vista Village restaurants and bars, Cinepolis and shopping. The light rail "Sprinter" station is just two blocks away at the bottom of the hill. The quiet street boasts a family of peacocks that will often come to the pool area to drink.

There are two other units that share the common areas but are completely separate from the Pool House. There are laundry facilities shared between three units and is complementary.

Rent is $1,590. Security Deposit $1,000.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Occupancy by ONE PERSON only. Please do not contact me if you are looking for more than one person.
- The shower on the back patio is open air but with a bamboo surround and a shower curtain for privacy. The bathroom is also accessed from outside but is only for the use of the Pool House. This set up is NOT for everyone.
- Off street parking for only 1 vehicle.
- Smoking only permitted outdoors away from open windows.
- A small pet will be considered but MUST be disclosed at time of application.

Owner pays water, trash and sewer. Tenant pays 20% of SDG&E monthly charges for the three units and any other personally contracted services (i.e. cable, internet, etc.).
