Our house is fully furnished single-story 3 bedroom/2 bath home, located in prime center of Las Vegas.
Stay in our spacious home and live like a true local in Las Vegas. We're within driving distance to restaurants, casinos, hospitals, markets, schools and the Las Vegas Strip. Close to walking trails and Downtown Summerlin and Boca Park shopping and 15 minutes drive away from Red Rock Canyon. The house features contactless self-check-in, two-car garage, and a fenced backyard.

Living room has smart TV. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances and breakfast counter. You can work from home with the spacious master bedroom. Backyard is great for resting after a long working day. Master suite has King size bed. Master bath with duel sinks and large shower. The guest other two bedrooms have queen size beds.

Fully furnished single story home with 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms.
Available for mid or long term stays. Minimum lease: 3 months.
Prefer one year lease term. Please check for shorter term rent rate. No smoking is allowed inside the property. Pets may be considered upon approval.
