"This is a very large community of younger families. There is apartment living as well as single family homes. Many of the children attend the Duval Charter Schools. There are great restaurants and shipping nearby."

"We love living right off of Old St. Augustine Road. It is quiet, close to Publix and the Walmart Neighborhood Market, a great elementary school and a neighborhood park which just added lighting to make it even safer. Quiet neighborhood with canals throughout. Love that there are plenty of sidewalks to take jogs, walk the dog on. We've lived here for 6 years and have enjoyed it very much. "
