"My commute is using my vehicle to go to places, but I believe there are buses for people to commute back-and-forth to wherever they’re going."

"The area and neighborhood are safe, there doesn’t seem to be many parks, but I do not have children so I can not adequately answer"

"Decent area to live. Like every where, it has its issues but always felt safe. My son always used public transportation and walked to bus without issue"

"This is a very large community of younger families. There is apartment living as well as single family homes. Many of the children attend the Duval Charter Schools. There are great restaurants and shipping nearby."

"We love living right off of Old St. Augustine Road. It is quiet, close to Publix and the Walmart Neighborhood Market, a great elementary school and a neighborhood park which just added lighting to make it even safer. Quiet neighborhood with canals throughout. Love that there are plenty of sidewalks to take jogs, walk the dog on. We've lived here for 6 years and have enjoyed it very much. "

"Great neighborhood. Family friendly. Mature Trees and quite beautiful. The housing market down in no way measures the quality of the area. One of the best neighborhoods in JAX."
  • Nannette P.
"I am a local agent and the proximity to local highways, shopping, dining and entertainment is only minutes away. Great Jacksonville area and great well established neighborhood."
