"Mt Adams is a charming neighborhood full of green spaces, the arts, cafes, restaurants and bars. Pretty much everything you need is within walking distance. Its close to downtown and great access to 71/75 making it easy to get places. "

"Mt. Adams is a Cincinnati gem - great for families, singles, and empty nesters alike. This neighborhood is an artistic hub for the city - boasting both the Art Museum and the Playhouse (both embarking on major updates), as well as one of the city’s finest parks and the Krohn Conservatory. Charming streets, amazing views and one of the lowest crime rates in the city make Mt. Adams a truly special place to live. Not least of all is the convenience for work and play: downtown, The Banks and OTR are a 20 minute walk or a 3 minute drive."

"There are always events happening at the top of Mt Adams. My street has a coordinator and people are always getting together. There is a great art and music scene here as well."

"i enjoy dogs, no complaints. just pick up poop, make sure they are leashed or contained to yard. my dog barks alot but is also always in our home. so noise wont be a neighborhood issue "

"Mt.Adams is great because it has plenty of green space as well as businesses. It has restaurant and bars. It also has a UDF for those items you forgot at the grocery store. "

"Not great if you have children. Loud bars in the area and traffic barreling down the street. I moved my children out to the suburbs. "
