I live in a four bedroom house on a Cul De Sac. I have a furnished or unfurnished room upstairs you decide. A full bath is shared between you and the other tenant that lives upstairs. I am a 57 year old male that is often gone for several weeks at a time lately. The other tenant is a 77 year old male that is quiet and stays in his room most of the time. The whole bottom floor is mostly used by myself except for the dining area, the kitchen, the front porch, and the back yard deck. The room has it's own A/C and heating independent of rest of the house. Carpet floors. I have lived here for 14 years with several different tenants over that period. I rent but have subleasing rights so if you need a really nice mellow place to live this is an option for you. Street parking, no laundry, half of a full size fridge is shared between you and the other upstairs tenant. Walking distance to markets and restaurants. Google the cross streets. First months rent plus a $1000 deposit with verifiable references. No pets, No Smoking, No Drugs, No Alcohol, No Partying, No Visitors. This last one is negotiable to an extent based on many things but basically Nobody here has visitors. Should one be allowed your are fully responsible for their actions.

12 months lease minimum. You break something you pay to fix it. This place is super quite, Safe, no theft, Cool easy going roomates, both of your roomates will not mess with you or judge you so your free to be yourself. Must keep kitchen, room, bathroom clean. If you have someone over the must be respectful roomates by not making to much noise, No Drugs or 420, No parties, You are responsible for anything you guests damage.

    "To hunger is a eclectic group of housing. I love how unique it is. People are friendly, they have dogs, they are commonly out walking. It is super quiet there’s lots of wildlife. He wake up to birds chirping, no helicopters, no sirens, it truly is getting out of the city. It is filled with beautiful trees and the only thing I wish we had was better roads and sidewalks. I would highly recommend Tujunga as an up-and-coming community that is near really good schools in La Crecenta that you can get your children into if you live in Tujunga.I think people try to downplay to hunger because they don’t want people finding this location. I have a lot of people that do deliveries and when they get here they say wow where is this place it’s really cool."
