However, from what i see at this time, it seems to be a well cared for neighborhood, well maintained properties, friendly neighbors who smile and greet each other every day. "The schools are not good. The children are unruly and disruptive. People are not as welcoming as one might think. You must keep a watchful eye on your children away from manipulators and predators as well. Be sure that your children are hanging out with others that are well behaved and respectful."
