Available fully furnished (or not if you'd prefer) and includes all utilities, high speed internet, a wall mounted TV with an amazon fire stick. No pets please.

The unit does not have a washer/dryer. Previous tenants have used a laundry delivery service or nearby laundromat.

6 month lease preferred. Month to month following. Alternate terms possible.

Walking distance to Central Park Rec Center, the Stanley Marketplace, and many parks and trails.
