CENTRAL. I rent this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, with a kitchen, living room, and dining room. It has ceramic tile in all house. It has a medium size backyard and garage for one car. Easy to get approved. Apply and sign today with full rent and full deposit and move in by January 3rd. Deposit is $1200. Credit check fee is $35 per applicant. Pet fee is $200 per pet. Sorry, NOT TAKING SECTION 8, VOUCHERS, PROGRAMS, OR EVICTIONS. I am available Monday through Friday 10 am to 5 pm, and this Saturday 10 am to 3 pm.
