"kids are always playing in the neighborhood whether it’s at a local park or on the streets. however, it is not safe. i personally wouldn’t let my kids out without supervision because of reckless drivers and other dangers. "

"It is not safe to leave children outside. Drunk drivers and many shootings happen specially during night. Drug dealers are doing their business in open air. Public transportation is available at any time either in bus or BART. There are many shops and restaurants. Also you find laundry. "
