Cozy property centrally located to Ogden's amenities. This quiet neighborhood is in close proximity to Weber State University, Intermountain Rehab/McKay Dee Hospital, as well as the Downtown area. You are a 5 minute walk to a Bus Rapid Transit Station making it easy to utilize public transit. You can utilized public transit to take the UTA Ski Bus to the ski resorts in the Ogden Valley, otherwise Snowbasin is a 25 minute drive and Powder Mountain is roughly 40 minutes away. With a large front and back yard this a great place if you like to bbq or have pets (Although the yards are not fenced). The space has original hardwood floors in the bedrooms and living room as well as new carpet in the hallway. Each bedroom has two massive built in closets and cabinets making storage a breeze. A new washer/dryer was just installed as well for onsite laundry. The bathroom is freshly renovated for an updated and clean look. Kitchen includes a gas range, dishwasher, and full sized fridge. The home has central heating and air. Quantum Fiber wifi is included as well.

6 month or 1 year lease with monthly rent at $1499. This is an upstairs unit with utilities being split between the two spaces. Security deposit is required along with first months rent upon signing of the lease ($1499 deposit is refundable given the property is left in the same condition when the lease began). Pets are allowed with a $200 pet deposit and $50 monthly pet rent. This is the top floor of a split house, completely separate from the downstairs unit. Street parking is available. No smoking inside of the property. A new stackable washer and dryer is being installed as well.
