A beautiful Highlands Ranch home available the beginning of November. This house has a great location on a cut-de-sac street and is near trails, parks and grocery stores. Nice open floor plan with an unfinished walkout step down basement. This house has been partially updated and they do not allow cats. Please reach out. Recently there have been car break-ins and package theft but those crimes have mostly been committed by people who live in other towns coming in. There is a scenic spot right up the road. There are plenty of shops and stores but it doesn’t feel overcrowded. People aren’t always the friendliest, but there are A LOT of families who live here. It’s a decent place to grow up. It’s clean and really pretty. "
