8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy great niece moved with me. I encouraged her mom to enroll her here as my children had gone to this school. Very unsupportive environment. I’ve never heard of a kindergarten child getting in trouble so much. She is a TAG eligible. Extremely bright. The teacher never liked her. What? Who doesn’t love a bright girl like her. Was it because she’s brown? Then came 1st grade. It wasn’t as bad but again it wasn’t a great experience. She’s now a mile away at another school where there are lots of children of color and she is flourishing. Shame on you Elise Wolff. I didn’t want to believe this as true but there is definitely something going on with colorism at your institution. You don’t support children of color and it’s very sad in 2023. 9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageYou get out what you put in. I have had 4 of my kids attend this school. There is a wide variety of classes, activities, clubs, sports available. My kids who took advantage of these opportunities really enjoyed high school. The academics also offered them every opportunity to attend any college they wanted to go to. My kids have all scored very well on the ACT, so the school is doing something right. All 3 of my kids that have graduated or are graduating have been offered academic scholarships. 7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI don’t know what these other students are talking about with guns and drugs, but my experience here has been decent especially with the teachers. I am in 8th grade with a 4.0 gpa in the highest classes. The teachers are very nice to me, there has actually been a decrease in fights from years prior. I am the nerd/jock so I talk to all kinds of people and some of the kids can be really rude for no reason but if you hang around the right people you will be fine. I’ve played on the Dw soccer team and basketball team and they have been great experiences. "I work in LA. It’s a long commute. Everything we need is close to this area. Costco, doctors, fast food, restaurants and casinos. You do need a car if you want to get to any of these places as the main roads are way too wide to try and run a cross safely. A pedestrian bridge would help a lot. "
