I used to go to that school, and my teacher didn't do anything about my bullies

My daughter is in 3rd grade and it's her second year at Gehring. She is very happy and excited about going to school, especially the GATE (Gift and Talent Education program). The school provided lab top computers to bring home and do projects on. They have Virtual Reality glasses to wear in school to learn about science. In one of my daughter's projects was to draw a fictional character based on the teacher's description through reading and have the kids enter it into a drawing program in the computer to make it "alive". At the end of the project is to have the character print out by a 3-D printer. My daughter is excelling in school, and she is very happy to go to school every day. In addition, the school provided free hot breakfast and lunch every day with a meat and vegetarian choice. I also fell the school is very safe without any bullying incident that I know off. The school has a parent and teacher meeting once a semester to go over the child's progress. They also have a website called infinite campus to see all the test scores, and over all test grades. I feel like they really do care for my child's education and well-being. I would recommend this school whole heartedly.

This school is good with good teaching. Their is no bullying, the lunch food made my kids sick that's the only downfall I think about this school.

I am writing to formally express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the unsafe conditions at this school. Due to a series of unacceptable incidents involving my child’s health and safety, I will be withdrawing them from this institution immediately. My child has life-threatening allergies to animals. Despite this, the school property is poorly secured, allowing wild animals to wander on and off the premises. Furthermore, staff or visitors regularly bring pet dogs onto campus. As a direct result of this exposure, my child has repeatedly returned home with severe allergic reactions, including a persistent runny nose and dangerously swollen eyes. The quality of the school meals is consistently poor, with food being served either raw or burnt. To ensure my child had a nutritious meal, I began sending them to school with a packed lunch. However, my child was targeted by bullies who stole their food, leaving them to go hungry. When I brought these bullying incidents to the school’s attention, no corrective action was taken. The lack of supervision during meal times and the failure to address my child’s safety concerns are inexcusable. A school should be a sanctuary for learning, yet the environment here has proven to be hazardous to my child's physical and emotional well-being. I expect a formal acknowledgment of this complaint and an explanation as to how these safety gaps will be addressed for the remaining students
